Workshops & Trainings

Strategic Rest: Building Leadership Capacity

A workshop designed for executive & community leaders, community-based organizations, and non-profit boards. The session reframes rest not as an individual wellness concern, but as a critical component of leadership capacity, ethical governance, and long-term organizational effectiveness. Strategic Rest helps organizations reduce burnout-driven turnover, improve decision quality, and sustain mission impact over time.

Transformative Justice as Organizational Practice

Transformative justice (TJ) is a set of practices and philosophies focused on transforming social systems. The workshop focuses on the practice environment as the site of change at the intersection of micro- and macro-organizational practices. Specific attention is given to assessing critical organizational areas, individual leadership roles, power structures, and designing interventions that support sustainable transformation.

Capacity Building & Leadership Support

Interim & Fractional Executive Leadership

Leadership transitions are pivotal moments in an organization's life. They offer an opportunity not only to maintain continuity, but to strengthen culture, clarify vision, and build sustainable foundations for the future.

Drawing on more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, I provide interim and fractional executive director support for nonprofits navigating transition, growth, organizational change, or periods of increased complexity. In partnership with boards, leadership teams, and staff we work together to maintain organizational momentum, strengthen systems, support fundraising efforts, and prepare for long-term leadership success. My approach combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and deep attention to organizational culture and people.

Whether serving as a bridge between executive leaders or providing part-time executive capacity, I help organizations move forward with steadiness, clarity, and care.

Areas of support include:

  • Executive and organizational leadership

  • Board relations and governance

  • Staff supervision and team development

  • Fundraising strategy and grant oversight

  • Change management and transition planning

  • Capacity building and systems development
